Published new article on relaxation tecniques to fight anxiety

  1. Thanks for posting this as anxiety and depression is something that a huge number of people deal with! If people used techniques to help combat these issues on a continuous basis, people would be far more relaxed.

  3. This is a great article on combatting anxiety. I learned some good relaxation techniques myself and using it has helped reduce my own anxiety.
